Online Return Policy
Full-priced items are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Final Sale items include: All holiday & seasonal, food, personal, and markdowns.
All exchanges or store credit requests must be in brand new condition with proof of purchase. We have the right to refuse your request if the product(s) do not meet these standards.
Shipping options are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to have orders shipped within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Since shipment carriers guarantee their own delivery time, we do not have control over when it is delivered once we hand it over to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please fill out the Contact Us form within 7 days of receiving your damaged order. Make sure to include your order number. Lastly, do not throw away any of the original packaging.
If you belive your order to be lost, please fill out the Contact Us form within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Make sure to include your order number.

We recommend using a traceable and dependable shipment carrier. Layers By FDG will not be held responsible for missing or damaged packages upon return.
In Store Pick-up
We offer the option to order online and pick-up in store. If you select this option, you will recieve an email in 2-3 business days when your order is ready.
We also allow in-store exchanges instead of shipping your items back to us.
