Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping options will be calculated at checkout.  Shipping is either done through UPS or USPS. We make every effort to have orders shipped within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Since shipping carriers guarantee their own delivery time, we do not have control over when it is delivered once we hand it over to the carrier.

All exchanges are to be shipped back, with original invoice and packaging, to:

We recommend using a traceable and dependable shipment carrier. Layers By FDG will not be held responsible for missing or damaged packages upon returning to us.

In Store Pick-up

We offer the option to order online and pick-up in store. If you select this option, you will receive an email in 2-3 business days when your order is ready.

We also allow in-store exchanges instead of shipping your items back to us.
